RETURN POLICY
You may return the unopened items purchasing from www.narukocanada.com or www.narukousa.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items purchased in-store will need to be returned at the store you purchase from. Please note in-store return policy may be different than online store. For more information about returning in-store, please contact the store directly for further assistance.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for returning items from your order.
Clearance and final sale items bought from online stores are final sales and can not be returned.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
Exchanges
Our exchange policy for skincare products allows for exchanges within 14 days of purchase, as long as the product is in its original packaging and condition. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for opened or used products unless there is a defect. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization number. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us for exchange. If the requested product is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative product of equal value. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our policy requirements.
